Return & Exchange Policy

There is no refund or exchange on any item. After an order is placed, you have up to 12 hours to send in any corrections which is still subject for approval depending on where the item is in the assembly line. You have 3 calendar days from date of delivery to contact us regarding any imperfections or mistakes made in production, no exceptions. Our process is first opening up a case through our customer service department, submit photos of your concern, from there customer service will either accept or decline the claim depending on weather it falls under our guidelines for our return & exchange policy. The two ways we will help rectify the issue is by either the customer to send the original piece back to us then for us to repair it then send back to the customer or send us back the original piece then we will send you a replacement. Our customer service department will decide upon which option will be enforced. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that occur while in transit. The customer will have too contact the shipping carrier for further assistance as we are unable to assist whatsoever. All our products come with up too $100 insurance protection which is included in our free shipping. Make sure you include everything you would like in your custom order before placing it. We are not responsible for any changes you would like after the item has shipped. The order is final at that point. Before you place an order, make sure you read the return & exchange policy as there are no exceptions to our policies whatsoever.
